Supporting children’s mental health, developmental, and therapeutic services is serious business. But when you’re fundraising to do so, you still want to create a magical evening of wonder that inspires both awareness and giving, all in the name of helping children.

Today’s most generous philanthropic donors are invited to a lot of parties and pulled countless different directions. How could we capture their attention with a special event, share powerful children stories, open hearts and encourage giving?
The Strategy
Restore Wonder and Opportunity
Wonder is known to be a source of all early childhood learning and emotional growth. But trauma or developmental barriers can hinder that ability to be curious and explore. HS set out with that powerful truth in mind. By reminding attendees of their own childhood wonder, we encouraged them to support the same opportunities for children who need it.
The Result
A Night to Remember
From concept to execution, HS created a full scale event production and creative direction to ensure every visual and interaction reflected the heart of the organization: from invites, programs, lighting, decor, event production, donor engagement and more. By creating a world of wonder, we also raised $500,000 toward health services to help children restore wonder, too.
