Security First Bank has operated banks in Nebraska and western South Dakota for over 120 years. The bank has always balanced the reputation of reliable, small-town service with innovative solutions for commercial lending and agriculture.
HS conducted digital surveys among both existing customers and potential customers. We used that data to help guide our marketing decisions moving forward.
“The Bank” Continues to Innovate
We launched the “We’re the Bank” campaign based upon our survey results. Customers loved having a hometown bank, but they didn’t want to sacrifice technology and business tools, either. HS helped customize media plans to meet the needs of both their smaller and larger markets including:

As Security First Bank continues to innovate with new products and services, we’ve also helped create explainer videos to educate customers on how to best use cards, tools and other consumer protection services.
