Using Digital to Reach Real Customers
In 2020, our goal was to help Security First Bank gain new customers and increase the amount of services their current customers utilize. To do this, we ran search ads, programmatic display ads and social media campaigns. Our messaging focused on the service lines where they wanted to see the most growth across their footprint: mortgage, community banking, commercial lending, ag lending, auto loans and insurance.
Our messaging included short, plain-talk language speaking to the benefits of each Security First Bank product. The campaign was an excellent example of simple creative and highly focused placement working together.
Effective post-campaign reporting is critical to determine success. We cross-referenced our efforts with a list of Security First Bank’s new customers and were able to attribute sales to those people who received ads. Proving these results helped influence our client’s commitment to new digital strategies in 2021.
