Horizon Health Care operates Community Health Centers in 32 medical and dental clinics in the communities throughout South Dakota. Specializing in medical, dental and behavioral health, Horizon Health Care offers comprehensive care for all.

HS has helped Horizon meet the various needs of the communities they serve through traditional media, digital media, public relations and more. HS was also tasked with updating their website to better reflect their new brand standards and updated color palette.

HS also built the website to make it easier to display and update dynamic content. With multiple providers in multiple communities, Horizon Health Care needed a site that was easy to update on their own and best connect patients with the resources they need.
