Tony Ratchford and The Ratchford Group have been a mainstay in Sioux Falls and surrounding housing markets for years. In 2019, they expanded their brand to include Anthony Harding, a group specializing in luxury real estate transactions.
The name, a combination of two owners, was chosen to evoke class, style and confidence. Anthony Harding leads buyers and sellers through the entire real estate process, not just as agents, but confidants who give market advice, consult on the finer details and offer a concierge-like experience.
HS helped launch Anthony Harding in both Sioux Falls and Arizona with a logo, brand, collateral and sales materials. In addition, we created a new website fueled by digital ads promoting their new market launch.
A beautiful leave-behind is the centerpiece of their branding campaign. A custom constructed black box holds sales materials and invites prospects to experience the Anthony Harding way. Branding the new company was key to their launch and the foundation for future success.
