Becka earned her undergraduate degree from South Dakota State University, her MBA from the University of Sioux Falls and has become one of the most recognizable faces at the agency. She started her career at HenkinSchultz in 2000 and worked her way up the ladder to her current position(s): head cheerleader, special events specialist, juggler and most importantly, President/Owner.

Becka has earned the respect of her peers and clients by pushing every day to make things better, do it differently, and never give up.
