A summer internship at HS is about a lot more than getting coffee and running errands. You get real life experience, you get valuable connections – and you also get us coffee (kidding – we all pitch in on that extremely important endeavor).
In all seriousness, we’re extremely happy to have Lance Rasmussen, an SDSU graphic design major, with us this summer as our HS intern! He’s been a great asset to the team already, helping out with design projects and learning the ropes at the HS Sign Shop. Lance grew up on a farm and loves getting involved and getting his hands dirty.
“I’ve had a ton of fun already,” said Rasmussen. “I’ve got to help design and install a truck wrap, which was really cool, and I’ve jumped in on some other projects going on around the office. It’s something new every day.”
Lance is excited to finish his degree in graphic design and hopes to pursue a career in marketing. From everything we’ve seen so far, he’s off to an amazingly strong start!
We try to learn new things every day to improve ourselves for our clients. But we also like to teach all the things we’ve learned along the way. It’s also cool for us to get the perspective of a college student on some of our projects.
So, welcome – and thank you, Lance!
