This year, HenkinSchultz Creative Services is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Since September 30,1991 when the company was established over a red beer, partners Joe Henkin and Kirby Schultz have been committed to presence – delivered with strategic, artfully executed creative to select customers that share their vision.
And though technology in the world of marketing has changed, some things haven’t. Each year on the company’s anniversary, the partners celebrate with a red beer to mark the occasion, and the passion and creative energy behind HenkinSchultz marketing is as strong as it’s ever been.
Henkin and Schultz attribute their success to the people they choose to play on their team. They believe that every marketing plan starts with a great idea. They have consistently hired thinkers – smart creative talent passionate about turning ideas into something that changes people. And about seeing clients succeed. Everybody on the team is a problem solver, committed to listening, thinking and creating effective marketing. A number of employees have been at HenkinSchultz for more than two decades, while others haven’t hit the one-year mark. But they have one thing in common. They think differently. Furthermore, they work hard, but know when it’s time to have fun.
Throughout the entire year, they have been celebrating their anniversary with monthly throwback newsletters to clients, and during August, they held a website giveaway awarding $10,000 toward a new website to one nonprofit and one for-profit company.
To celebrate this milestone and looking toward the future, the company will be hosting a ribbon cutting with the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 11:30 a.m.
The celebration continues with an open house on Friday, September 30 from 3-6 p.m. featuring – not surprisingly – red beer.
